DualTube Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These terms govern the usage of DualTube, a web service provided by Netwiz LLC (the "Company"). By using the service, users consent to these terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

DualTube is a complimentary web application that allows simultaneous side-by-side playback of two YouTube videos for audio and visual comparison. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the service without advance notification.

Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)

Users must refrain from:

  • Activities violating applicable laws or societal standards
  • Infringement on intellectual property or rights held by the Company or third parties
  • Disruption of service operations
  • Unauthorized system access or attempted access
  • Any conduct the Company considers unsuitable

Article 4 (Intellectual Property)

The Company retains intellectual property rights to the service itself. Copyrights of YouTube videos belong to respective rights holders, and users shall view videos in accordance with YouTube's Terms of Service.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Company accepts no liability for damages resulting from service interruption, suspension, termination, unavailability, or modifications. The service is provided without warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or practical utility.

Article 6 (Data Handling)

Comparison configuration data resides locally in the user's browser via localStorage. No personal information is retained on Company servers. The Company bears no responsibility for data recovery following browser data deletion.

Article 7 (Amendments)

The Company may revise these terms without prior notice. Updated terms become effective upon posting.

Article 8 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

Japanese law governs these terms. The Tokyo District Court holds exclusive first-instance jurisdiction for disputes.
